8 oz (225g) of pasta (fusilli or penne are great choices)

1 can (5 oz) of tuna packed in olive oil, fully drained

1 cup of dill pickles, finely chopped

1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup of red onion, finely diced

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)
