1 pint of your favorite vanilla ice cream (or any flavor you love)

1 ripe fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into thick slices (about 1-inch thick)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling on top)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Prepare the Ice Cream: Scoop out the vanilla ice cream into uniform balls using an ice cream scoop. Arrange the ice cream balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 1 hour to allow the ice cream to firm up.

    Prepare the Pineapple: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well blended. Brush each thick slice of pineapple with the melted butter, ensuring both sides are coated. Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly over the pineapple slices, pressing lightly to ensure it adheres.

      Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly greased with oil to avoid sticking during grilling.
