1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach or kale

Prepare the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 275°F (135°C). Preheating ensures that your egg bites cook evenly and achieve the perfect fluffy texture.

    Mix Eggs and Dairy: In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them vigorously along with the milk or cream. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, whisking until the mixture is well combined and slightly frothy.

      Add Ingredients: Gently fold in the shredded cheese along with the optional cooked bacon or sausage, chopped bell peppers, and spinach. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the egg mixture.

        Prepare the Molds: Lightly grease silicone mold cups with nonstick cooking spray or a touch of oil to prevent sticking. If you don’t have silicone molds, small ramekins that fit your air fryer will work just as well.

          Fill Molds: Carefully pour the egg mixture into each mold, filling them about two-thirds full. This extra space will allow the egg bites to puff up beautifully as they cook.

            Cook in the Air Fryer: Place the filled molds into the air fryer basket and cook at 275°F (135°C) for approximately 12-15 minutes. You'll know they're ready when the centers are set and the tops are slightly puffed.
