1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 package of flatbread (approximately 4-6 pieces)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s hot enough for baking the flatbreads.

    Prepare the Flatbreads: Take the flatbreads and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Use a pastry brush to lightly coat each flatbread with olive oil, making sure to cover the surface evenly. Season them generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to elevate the flavor.

      Mix the Chicken Filling: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the pesto sauce. Use a fork or spoon to thoroughly mix until the chicken is evenly coated in the vibrant green sauce.

        Assemble the Flatbreads: Take spoonfuls of the chicken and pesto mixture and spread it evenly across each flatbread, making sure to leave a small border around the edges for easy handling once baked.

          Add Cheese and Tomatoes: Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture on each flatbread.
