    In a medium-sized saucepan, warm the cooked chili over medium heat. Enhance the flavor by stirring in the chili powder and cumin, allowing it to heat through while stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.

      Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup. Evenly spread the tortilla chips across the sheet, avoiding overlaps.

        Carefully spoon the warmed chili over the tortilla chips, ensuring that each chip receives a generous helping of chili for maximum flavor.

          Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chili-covered chips, making sure every ingredient is accounted for.
