1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 head of Romaine or Butter lettuce, leaves separated and rinsed

1 ripe avocado, sliced

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Optional toppings: salsa, Greek yogurt or sour cream, and shredded cheese

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, add the thinly sliced chicken breasts. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken well until all of the slices are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
