Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 ripe mango, diced

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (remove seeds for milder heat)

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Fresh mint leaves, for garnishing

Optional: Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for dipping

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine the honey, lime juice, and chili powder. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and thoroughly blended. Set the sauce aside for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.

Prepare the Fruits: Dice the ripe mango and avocado into bite-sized pieces. Hull and slice the strawberries, and ensure the pineapple is cut into manageable chunks. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits.

Add Spice: Incorporate the finely chopped jalapeño into the fruit mixture. For those who prefer a milder wrap, feel free to adjust the quantity of jalapeño to your liking, or completely omit it.

Combine: Drizzle the prepared honey-lime-chili sauce over the colorful fruit mixture. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently fold the fruits and sauce together, ensuring all the ingredients are evenly coated.

Assemble the Wraps: Place one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spoon a generous amount of the fruit mixture into the center of the tortilla. Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom upwards to form a secure wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.

Slice and Serve: Using a sharp knife, cut each wrap in half diagonally for an attractive presentation. Garnish the wraps with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color. Serve immediately, alongside Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for a delicious dipping option.
